This will take some detective work and loads of time. (Ugh, it’s been one set back after another this season!) We have nothing left for replacements. If I’ve approved a refund, you can expect a refund within 30 days from today. We’ve experienced a considerable loss this year and refunds are now being distributed with my personal account/paychecks. Thank you to those who have offered grace and flexibility as we try to stay in the game. If you’re expecting a refund, please consider our double credit with VIP sale access/free shipping in October. The psychology in scapegoating is quite real and the character assignation has been deeply hurtful. My failure this year was a business fail. Unplanned, and unforeseen - not a moral one.
